Service Description
*1st DEPOSIT DUE ( see note below) * In this session, we bring your bespoke garment to life on paper. You’ll review the finalized sketches and fabric selections while refining any details before the garment enters production. A second fitting will also ensure that proportions, structure, and drape align with your expectations. What’s Included: ▪️Presentation of the Final Garment Sketch & Design Details ▪️Fabric & Material Confirmation (touch, feel, and approve the selected materials) ▪️Second Fitting & Adjustments (refining measurements before construction begins) ▪️Customization Finalization (any last-minute tweaks before cutting & sewing) ▪️Production Approval & Next Steps Why Book? This ensures your garment is crafted with precision before it enters production, guaranteeing a perfect fit and flawless execution. *A DEPOSIT OF 50% of the order value shall be due when you select the cloth that you want to use. Work will not commence until you have approved the design proposal and payment of the deposit has cleared into our account. * ** The remaining balance is payable at the final fitting. **
Cancellation Policy
(i) Consultation Appointments All bespoke consultations are by appointment only (virtual or in-person). Initial consultations last 1 hour and include design discussion, measurements, and fabric selection. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance via our online booking system. (ii) Deposits & Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit is required for all bespoke orders before production begins (2nd consultation) Deposit amount is based on the complexity of the garment and will be credited toward the final cost. Full payment is due before final pickup or delivery. (iii) Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule once per booking with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. Missed appointments without prior notice will require a new booking fee to reschedule. (iv) Fittings & Adjustments Three consultations are required for all bespoke orders: 1st Consultation: Initial design, measurements, fabric selection. 2nd Consultation: Design review, second fitting (initial deposit). 3rd Consultation: Final fitting and garment pickup (remaining balance due). Any additional alterations beyond the final fitting may be subject to extra tailoring fees. (v) Customization & Design Approval Once the final design is approved (after the 2nd consultation), no further changes can be made. Noble 8 does not offer refunds on custom-made garments, as each piece is crafted to your exact specifications. Any adjustments after completion will be assessed for feasibility and additional costs. (vi) Shipping & Collection Clients may pick up finished garments in person or opt for secure delivery. Shipping costs will be discussed during the consultation and added to the final balance. Noble 8 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in tracking your order. Important Notes Bespoke orders typically take 4-8 weeks to complete depending on design complexity. Express orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
